Unimaginatively, I'm naming (and theming) each part after the seasons. This pic is going to be the title illustration for the last part, 'Winter'. Why have I drawn this for the last part when I haven't even finished writing the second part yet? Motivation to finish, I guess.
There is a sense of style building, but some things seem off. The blade is not realistic in a metalry sense, even in some fantasy realm, proportions are slightly off but not major, and she is rather skinny. However, its a complex pose and you did well.
Thanks for the input. I wasn't going for ultra-realism; it's all about the style for me. Notice the whole 'graceful insect' theme in keeping with black butterflies.
